Working from home can sometimes feel isolating. Scheduling a lunch date with a friend or a team member is a great way to have social interactions throughout the week.

Sometimes, when we are working, we forget to drink as we are so focused on our work, or we don’t feel like getting up 8 times a day to get a glass of water. This is where water bottles are your best friend.

Using the 1 Litre bottle means that I can easily track how much I have drunk in a day. Having two of these bottles a day means I am easily meeting my required amount of water intake for the day.

While working, it is important to take regular breaks as they help refresh your brain and improve productivity. Sometimes, working from home can make us forget that we need to remove ourselves from our desk and take these breaks.

Sometimes, working from home can be quite sedentary so it is important to get regular exercise in. Scheduling just 30 minutes a day to go for a walk is a great way to stay physically healthy when working from home. Not only that, but it’s also a great way to get outside into nature.
